Red Scourge -
Hot damn! This guy looks awesome, and seems pretty snorking powerful. Plus, a cybernetic vampire is a neat, original-ish idea. 1st place.

Master Criminal -
I love the way this guy was drawn, and he seems a more comical villain which is great! I'd love to see him go up against Dinosaur Dan or something.3)
Herr Zwilling -
Are you kidding me? Mecha Hitler? AWESOME.4)
Wolfen -
This boy looks seriously mean. Like, he'd mess with j00r spit. His right hand (His right, not yours) looks weird though, like he's got some sorta weird tentacle finger.5)
Biochem -
He looks pretty dang cool, but at a second glance, is pretty weak, so he places last on my listHeroes!

HOLY CHRIST! This dood looks totally sweet. Anti-heroes are pretty awesome! (Does he actually have any powers though?)2)
Tiger Sigma -
Oh man, this guy looks seriously cool too, and sounds like he'd hold his own in a fight easily. Tiger Omega was quite a let down though, after this guy

This guy just looks too goofy and cool to ignore. Also, I always have to root for the underdogs.

Anyway. I'd love to see some more 'Cool' looking heroes, and even more importantly, a Mary character somewhere along the line
