* 1.5 ounces Irish whiskey (Jameson) * 4 ounces Irish Cream ice cream (Ben and Jerry's:Dublin Mudslide or Haagen Dazs:Baileys Irish Cream) * 12 ounces Home Brewed Dry Stout (Guinness would work i guess)
1. Pour the whiskey into a pint glass. 2. Add the ice cream to the glass. 3. Slowly pour the Stout over the ice cream. (this is not a drink to simply be tossed back, but sipped and enjoyed slowly)
Holy Spit....that was friggin delicious.

I just mixed black velvet, lemon juice, and tabasco sauce into a glass and drank it. I call it the Chuck Norris, because I felt like I was roundhouse kicked in the face when I drank it.

wild turkey just kidding....uh...try lemon juice or sweet and sour. usually goes well with dark liquors....also try doctor pepper if you've got a sweet tooth. just be careful though with doctor pepper cus it turns it into a creeper drink real fast.

Rum snowcones *ice *1/2 pound strawberries *1 banana *orange juice *your favorite rum *a blender is needed Fill the blender with ice cubes, turn on blender to crush partly. Pour in orange juice, about 1/3, add more if you want. Add in the strawberries, washed, tops removed obviously- unless you want some greens in your snowcone. Add in a peeled banana (again, obviously) cut into manageable pieces. Add in lots of rum. I used coconut malibu. About 2/3rds of the small bottle (not travel size ). Blend. Drink when liquidy if you like, but you can put it in the freezer and scrap it out with an icecream scoop for a snowcone.

Required: medium bored syringe. Practice and patience.
I've discovered the joys of layered drinks...and to hell with over the back of a bar spoon...
Easy: 1/2 ounce Root Beer Schnapps 1/2 ounce Heavy Cream 1/2 ounce Vanilla Vodka
Not so easy: 1/4 ounce Grenadine 1/4 ounce Creme de Banane 1/4 ounce Melon Liqueur 1/4 ounce Vodka 1/4 ounce 151 Proof Rum Set on fire. Wait for fire to die off. Drink.
others: 1/4 Vodka 1/4 Banana liqueur 1/4 Orange juice 1/4 Peach schnapps
1/4 oz Kahlua 1/4 oz Sambuca 1/4 oz Bailey's irish cream 1/4 oz Half-and-half
1/4 oz Irish cream 1/4 oz Cinnamon schnapps 1/4 oz Butterscotch schnapps 1/4 oz Jägermeister.

there is no need to measure mine per say...all of them are in equal parts...any unit of measure (even by eye) is perfectly acceptable. There are typically 48oz in a blender...for me any how...so your brew would translate to me as: ~11 oz Rum ~16 oz OJ ~6 oz Banana ~8 oz Strawberry ~6 oz Ice Blend well. Freeze 8-12 hours. (During freezing occasionally "fluff" forming ice by scraping with a fork to incorporate air and increase volume) Enjoy while standing in front of freezer with a large spoon. No glass needed. (Possible reduction of rum and increase in juice if mixture resists freezing.) *goes to try* EDIT: Actual freezing time will be greatly reduced if all ingredients (including blender glass/blades and storage container) are as cold (frozen) as possible from the start. Work quickly. It'll be worth it.

You could skip the ice if you double the berries and use frozen. It would make it more like sorbet though. And no fluffing is necessary really, mine stayed right on the verge of being frozen solid. Quite easy to scoop out, no hot water necessary. Edit: Here's a picture. I put some more fruit on top, obscuring it, sorry.
