Anyone care to take the time to help flesh this out?

Did you draw this, what are you wanting to do here?

It's a mesh of cut, pasted art. I didn't draw the original Hydra but this is my creation. I was wondering if there was a filter that could be used to smooth out the copy pasted edges. Maybe bring out his eyes, I don't have any art programs better than mspaint.

You gotta look around then. Even an old free version of JASC Paintshop Pro would be far better than that. There's a current free program called Gimp that's supposed to be good in comparison with oh, say Photochop CS but it looked kinda confusing to me. I just know it's very powerful for a free app.

I used to see what were the best free apps out there and would often run several in order to combine features I was looking for. I haven't looked in a while so I'd suggest looking for current reviews on free drawing programs on Google.

Arrrghhh...JASC interface is so confusing! Well, to me anyway, since I'm used to Photoshop.

Even if you, say, ripped an old version of Photoshop you could get tons 'o features. v.6 or up though.

You could just get photoshop CS2 from "Mexico", if you know what I mean.

I've been playing around with Gimp for quite a while and it seems to have almost every feature of PS you would ever want.  For free it's a very powerful program.  I could never figure out PS and I've actually gotten the hang of Gimp basics.
