but yeah. i was so pissed with the avp movies. i loved the predator movies and they just butchered them to all freak with those zodawful attempts.

atleast in their defense, it wasn't like there was a uber successful comic book franchise of that exact same topic done years before the movies were-oh wait......there was.

I still think they should do a predator film during the ending of the edo period in japan or eve during the second shinowars. that'd be badass.

some past predator movies could be some awsome stuff. they have been coming around for a long time

you should check out "bloody sands of time" and "cold war" from dark horse comics. freaking epic. bloody sands took place back in world war 1. cold war was present day for when it came out but was based in siberia.

i knew a new predator wouldn't be THAT accurate on the inside of a predator ship, they would have changed it, because, well, they ALWAYS change what has went before in movies.

used to love the dark horse aliens vs predator comics. fell completely behind on my comics,  and never could get caught back up. too expensive

I'll third that. I still remember the day i had to cancel my pullbox at atomic cus it had reached almost 80 bucks.

 it's why i stick to tpbs now rather than serials unless i'm planning on getting something signed or find one presigned.

rule of thumb: aside from local publishers, one shots, and a few low budge indy publishers out there, EVEYRTHING else will inevitably be volumised into a tpb or hard cover......or can be found online for free if you look hard enough.

hmm, i like the concept, pulling earth's most dangerous killers onto the predators hunting ground.
would be funny if somebody like charles manson was found running around.
holy spit, i just thought of a freaky idea, wouldn't be enough for a full movie, but..
jack the riper. so stealthy, he never got caught, right?
what if the reason he up and disappered, the predators marked him for hunting, because he was so deadly, and got him.
make a intersting short story, or comic, i think.

it would. the outer limits did a story about him that had him as an alien life form that hopped form body to body.
